Much Improved

Harcourts have looked after one of my investment properties for over 5 years. During this time their performance could best be described as patchy. Recent staff changes have seen a considerable improvement in performance, communication and service standards. A particular shout out to Renee and Jessica who have both done a great job with a recent turnover of tenants.

Rental renewals / they listen

I recently had to advertise for tenants to move in to my rental property. Renee and Jess were on top of everything and listened to my detailed brief. We were overwhelmed with interest in the property and quite a few applications to go through. The team at Harcourts were able to prioritise and find just he right people. They kept me informed at every step of the process, which was most appreciated.
