I'm very favourably impressed with Harcourts Inner East's performance - particularly our property manager Jessica Heitman. Harcourts, and Jessica in particular, show a level of competence and attention to detail not always displayed by other property managers I've worked with in the past. Jessica is courteous and positive, no matter how great the challenge; follows through without prompting, and closes out the matter with the best result for all: tenant as well as owner. Highly commended!

I have been extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of Michael Vanderpluym and team at Harcourts Inner East. He has been very proactive in securing a tenant when the previous tenant broke lease and the general level of care and attention to detail is very much appreciated. No problem seems too hard for Michael.

Thomas from Harcourts was so easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem and when I asked for a change he kept me informed as he discussed the options with the Landlord. He even collected details on the utilities so I could organise the transfer to my account. Great experience
