We recently sold an investment property using Harcourts Avoca Beach and Copacabana. From the outset, Stewart, Nicole and Daniel were extremely professional, helpful and diligent in every aspect. Whilst the sale involved dealing with difficult tenants regarding “open houses” etc, they were able to organise everything with them, primarily because of their friendly, organised approach and excellent communication. We were very impressed by their conscientiousness, both with regard to contacting potential buyers and keeping us informed of the progress and nothing was too much trouble.
