Ron is a genuine, professional, and knowledgeable agent who knows the area like back of his hand. From the very beginning, he understood what we wanted to achieve and was happy to work around our requirements. Throughout the sale process, he did everything as promised. He was transparent about the market, confident with the process and their whole team was very supportive on the auction day. Happy to have worked with Ron and his team and would highly recommend Ron and the Harcourts team to anyone looking to sell in city of Monash.

I chose Ron and Harcourts above two other agents. Right from the beginning I was impressed by Ron's professionalism, disclosure of all fees, explanation of marketing strategy and always being available to answer my many questions, even out of hours. He was reassuring, spot on with the value of my property, gave great advice and provided both verbal then written feedback after Open Home days. He and his colleagues at Harcourts always treated me courteously, with great patience and reassurance and explained the whole auction process in detail. I recommend him very highly as an Estate Agent if you are looking to sell your home.

There are a lot of Chinese buyers in Glen Waverley, and Anna is very experienced in working with that market. She generated a large amount of interest in our property and a big turnout at the auction. Dexter (auctioneer) connected well with this large group and there was frenetic bidding until the property sold right in the middle of the estimated range.

this is my third time selling experience by Jenny Gao. she did an amazing job again for 10 Cherry. She is a responsibility person for her customer and take good care of the customer's property. Especially while I was away in overseas during the campaign, she organized everything including the styling furniture to present well for the property, external and internal cleaning, marketing, even minor fix for the property. As well as she loves her job and work with passion which is the special part that I like to recommend her to all my friends and family and YOU.

We did our due diligence on of number of Agents with impressive results for the Glen Waverley region. Our selection of Annu was not only based on her strong results, but also due to her quiet but impressive demeaner. On our first meeting Anna asked plenty of questions, showing genuine interest in our situation, why we were selling, and how we wanted to go forward. This certainly built a strong level of confidence and trust between us that supported the open communication that was exhibited throughout the whole selling process. Additionally, being a deceased estate, Anna showed us compassion and respect throughout this difficult period in closing a chapter around a loved one. Additionally, Anna had a strong team supporting her from Harcourts Judd White, most notably her assistant Jackie Chen and the brilliant auctioneer Dexter Prack.
