When deciding which Real Estate Agent to engage for the sale of our house we intended to compare several offers. Long term friends recommended Harcouts, particularly representative Jenny Gao and Auctioneer Dexter Prack. Our initial contact was with Jenny who presented an outline marketing proposal and property presentation advice. We were very comfortable with Jenny and everything she presented and appointed her/Harcourts without further investigation. The marketing campaign managed by Jenny and her assistant Nancy Xu was exceptional with detailed feedback and potential buyer assessments provided following each inspection open day. With more than 100 inspection visits iin four weeks this alone is a formidable task. On Auction day Jenny. Nancy & Auctioneer Dexter were assisted by a 3 or 4 strong Harcourts' support team. We are extremely happy and satisfied with everything the Harcourts team provided and would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional property marketing/sale program.
