Roger is a true professional and knows his stuff in the real estate business. It was a lengthy process to sell my house due to media reports on interest rates etc but his persistence paid off and we got the sale. He ran multiple open homes, despite having difficult tenants to deal with, and followed up immediately after each open home. Melody was amazing...we went and saw the property several times , during the open homes, and then a couple other of times, as a private arrangement and each time Melody was really welcoming , friendly, answered questions we had and was so approachable. During the lead up to the purchase she answered all emails promptly and liaised between the vendors and ourselves with the queries we had. At each stage of the buying process she kept us informed and followed up the key milestones to ensure we were on the right track. On the day of settlement there was a small glitch and Melody personally checked out the situation and offered a solution at no cost to us.
