I can only thank Dean for helping us purchasing our new home. We had a previous negative experience with a different agent/real-estate agency, and we were sceptical when venturing in buying our new home. We felt greatly comfortable with Dean since fist inspecting the home and throughout the whole process, answering all of our questions, being friendly and approachable and yet professional. We felt reassured that Dean was fair to us as well as the vendor. Dean answered our calls and emails in a promptly manner. Being first homeowners meant that we needed a bit more support and guidance and Dean was always supportive. I truly recommend Dean to anyone who wants to purchase a property .

We came across Dean at an open home, we booked a private viewing and instantly found he took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. His angle is to relationship build, with the intent to understand what a vendor or buyer wants. With good market knowledge that reflected properties we were happy to see, our house hunting was reduced considerably! At anytime Dean was happy to deal with questions and go the extra mile to ensure the sale process ran smoothly. Importantly, when Dean was unavailable(we understand that he has many other vendors and purchasers to attend to) his team where there to keep everything ticking along!
