Reliable Roger
Roger was great with communication between all involved, tenants, property manager, body corporate. He keep us as sellers up to date immediately after open homes and was contactable at all time. His valuation in a changing market was spot on. He made the sale process stress free and simple. He’s friendly straight forward and organised. I wouldn’t hesitate using Roger again

Amazing service provided by Melody
After the passing of my husband a couple of years ago, it was time to put the family home on the market and look to downsize to a smaller unit for myself. As soon as I met with Melody and discussed my goals, she was straight onto putting together the listing for my home all whilst keeping an eye on upcoming listings for units in my desired location in Kingston. Melody presented my home beautifully and kept me informed with feedback and offers as they arose. Tasmania Land Sale
Happy that we have secured a sale as we did have some difficulty’s with the boarder closure’s due to Covid-19 & also a prick of a neighbour. Dean was always professional and willing to help in any way that was reasonable and communication was good. Sold well under what we were hoping to achieve which was unfortunate but overall happy to have moved it on.

Dedicated and professional
Melody and her whole Harcourts team were very prompt and efficient with the assessment and listing of our home. We were very happy with the marketing of the home including the video and drone photography. Melody was very easy to work with, provided us with helpful tips regarding staging of the house, and made full use of the Harcourts team. Her advice regarding the timing of the open home and offers was also appreciated.

Care and Patience through an emotional time
when I mum decided to sell my home after 21 years. I did not hesitate to approach Roger, from whom I had bought the property. My experience with Roger at that time was so positive, that it remained with me for all those years. Throughout the selling process, Roger was always very sensitive, patient and considerate of me what was a very motional time and went beyond what was required, in his consideration of me. In the end the house sold quickly, achieving a price well above the expected.
