Emma and Nikki have been amazing. Their attention to detail and friendly yet professional manner made the whole process very easy with both renovating our investment property and securing tenants quickly. Very hard to co-ordinate a refurbishment of a property when you live thousands of km away but Emma handled it all seamlessly for us. We were also amazed at the price that Emma achieved for us. Way above what we were told we would get. Can't thank these girls enough for their support and guidance and so happy that we decided to go with Harcourts Kingsberry.

The rental agency team in Townsville are amazing!!! Georgia, Nikki and Katie have all been super accommodating and no ask was too big including organising works to be completed on the property and a bond clean. They knew their stuff which made the whole process so easy and we’re well prepared which resulted in my property being leased within the first viewing with an application completed on the spot.

The team at Kingsberry Townsville property mgt have been awesome to help me go through the process of buying a property (pre settlement inspections, advice etc..) and then advertising and finding a tenant very quickly... available when I needed them and nothing was a problem - highly recommended if you have (or are getting) an investment property!

I visited Harcoutrs to inquire re letting 4/49 Cook St. Nikki took my details, discussed landlord requirements and arranged a time for inspection/appraisal. I was impressed with  Nikki's professionalism and politness. Nikki, Georgia and Tania conducted the appraisal at 4/49 Cook St. The photos (in Realestate.com) were professionally done. Georgia indicated $290/week would be  achievable. ( I was hoping for $250-$260). Within 2 weeks Harcourts had a tennant for  12 months @$290/week. Well done.! I have 2 additional properties in Townsville and based on my recent experience with Nikki (and team) I would like Harcourts to manage these 2 properties in due course.
