Their attention to detail and friendly yet professional manner made the whole process very easy with both renovating our investment property and securing tenants quickly. Very hard to co-ordinate a refurbishment of a property when you live thousands of km away but Emma handled it all seamlessly for us. We were also amazed at the price that Emma achieved for us. I visited Harcoutrs to inquire re letting 4/49 Cook St. Nikki took my details, discussed landlord requirements and arranged a time for inspection/appraisal. I was impressed with  Nikki's professionalism and politness. Nikki, Georgia and Tania conducted the appraisal at 4/49 Cook St. The photos (in Realestate.com) were professionally done. Georgia indicated $290/week would be  achievable. ( I was hoping for $250-$260). Within 2 weeks Harcourts had a tennant for  12 months @$290/week. Well done.! I have 2 additional properties in Townsville and based on my recent experience with Nikki (and team) I would like Harcourts to manage these 2 properties in due course.
