Malcolm was fantastic with the sale of our Mount Louisa home. He had multiple offers on our first open home and was negioted with the buyers by the second open home. We recently purchased a house in Townsville and Tammy was our estate agent. Originally we looked at a unit but ended up not making the purchase, Tammy was extremely helpful with information on body corporate fees and how the whole unit thing worked. When we showed interest in the house we eventually purchased Tammy was exceptional, she is friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was genuinely interested in helping us get the best value and was prompt with paperwork when we went ahead with the purchase, there were no issues what so ever and the transaction went through wothout delay. We would use Tammy again if we ever wanted to purchase another property
