Sam has good social skills which enables him to accommodate a range of personalities (buyers or sellers). Sam's style is more about negotiations rather than selling techniques which I found refreshing. I have purchased and sold no less than 10 properties in my life and have dealt with at least 20 real estate people both on the buyers and sellers side. Most I would not bother having a beer with after the deal. But I would be happy to sit and have a beer or coffee and a chat with Sam. He was firm on the things he needed to firm on and flexible where required.
