Harcourt has good network of trades people and able to find a builder to come quickly to fix the defacts before renting the property out. They wanted to make sure the property is functional and safe before putting it on the market. Good job in finding us tenants quickly. Wish communication with agents is not limited to email only, however they replied to all my queries. I would not recommend owners to use Real Property Matters referred by Harcourts, they are cowboy.
