The rental process of my property was amazing. Upon being available for rent, Kelly and Danielle from Harcourts were unbelievably efficient in identifying a number of repairs that needed to be done and arranging for them to be completed by quality tradespeople almost immediately. The rental process was equally smooth with regular updates and sound judgement applied in securing a tenant with 7 days of listing.
