We have been satisfied with the overall performance. Timely selection of tenants and all notifications are appreciated a lot. Perhaps, inspection can be a little more thorough, for example, the new tenants found some little faults/repair work when they were not identified by the inspections when the previous tenant vacated. Apart from that, the friendliness and professionalism shown by the property manager have been excellent.

Harcourts Launceston have been great in handling our investment property in Riverside. It would have been difficult to get/hold tenants just as the COVID-19 pandemic was hitting Australia earlier in 2020 so we are very appreciative of their efforts. Zoey Rogers has been especially diligent and attentive with our enquiries - very important as we are far away in Melbourne. We have to trust you guys completely! The recent changeover of tenants happened seamlessly with no cost to us, so again we are grateful. We would recommend Harcourts to anyone thinking of using their service. I wish to particularly acknowledge the wonderful work that Kirsten does on my behalf. She is super efficient and operates in a calm and efficient manner. Any request or question I have is dealt with in very short time and she makes sure I am informed about any issues relating to the property. Investment in a property is obviously a considerable financial commitment for the owner and it is most important that the owner knows that investment is in safe hands. With Kirsten I have such confidence and her smooth administration reassuring and gives confidence that all is well. Inspections are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner which is another benefit of having Kirsten as my property manager. Kirsten also has a cheerful and welcoming personality which adds to the benefit of my association with Harcourts and I am sure other owners will think the same. I know that that Kirsten has my best interests at heart and always acts in a most professional and efficient way. Many thanks. Perhaps the unsung heroes of a company are the behind the scenes staff and I wish to acknowledge the efficiency of your accounts department. Rental is always paid to me on time and the information sent to me is both comprehensive and understandable and those members deserve my appreciation too.
