A great team that communicates and coordinates well.
Several members of the property management team have overseen our property and all have been great with communication with us and between themselves, and have taken initiative in resolving emergency maintenance issues in a timely and appropriate fashion which ensures tenants are safe and comfortable and the property is well maintained. We offered a short lease and the staff were committed to offering the best service possible and working in a tight schedule. We will use Harcourts again and recommend them.

Wonderful stress free service
Kirsten and team always provide a wonderful stress free service. You really can just hand over your investment to them and know 100% that it will be tenanted by well checked tenants that will live in it and look after it. That any maintenance issues that do arise are handled quickly and thoroughly. That the rates and other accounts are all timely. We have had our properties with Harcourts for a couple of years now and I would never go anywhere else. Just can't fault the service and the team and they are just lovely and easy to talk to.
