Good team, would recommend
Harcourts Launceston has been managing my property for 2 years now. They have competitive fees and more importantly, have done a great job managing my property as I live interstate. I have predominantly interacted with Shari over the years and more recently, Danielle. Both ladies are efficient, professional and proactive communicators. It is clear they are ‘people’ people, and they take the time to build a relationship with tenants, which for me is important as an owner because I have no doubt dealings with the property manager play an important role in tenant retention. I have no complaints and would recommend.
