We have a rental property in Launceston that Harcourts have been managing for for just over two years. As we live in Victoria the quality of that management is important to us. We have been extremely happy with their service including regular inspections, tenancy change over, occasional repair and even a bathroom renovation. When we had a change in personnel the hand over was effective and both our managers have been very good. We would highly recommend Harcourts in Launceston as property managers.

I have been with Harcourts for over 5 years now and have had a number of different property managers over this time. All of the property managers were knowledgeable and helpful whenever I had questions or service needs. Communication is great and prompt replies are always forthcoming. There is no doubt that Kirsten Williams was my property manager before and she was doing fantastic job, quick action, responsive, and many more. But the turning point comes with new property manager and the Harcourt team. Team said to fix blinds in 4 days of starting the lease of House. Even, they said in Email couple of times that blind fixing guy will call you. But even after 19 days, neither single call that I got nor team fix yet. When we are asking, they are suggesting to use old blind (which was place in the dirty area where spiders existed and shared the photo to them) or use some clothe to cover windows and door. They don’t know which way we are suffering in the house. There is no privacy, very little safe, creepy, scary special in a dark time. I requested that team should talk to owner and if they wants then we are happy to vacant the house and when you fix, give us back but they have just one answer sorry. My question is very simple If anything happens in the house, who are responsible or I will say I don’t have money to pay rent and just apologise them as they are doing, Does the team accept ? I am really sorry to come on this platform.

The property manager is very knowledgeable with the market condition, They are excellent in assessing the rental value and finding the right tenants, They also provide property inspection twice yearly and when requested, They arrange all the repairs and deal with the invoice, All in all very happy with their services, I will recommend harcourt to anyone with rental properties
