My viewing was very good and a friendly staff member attended. I think there was some miscommunication between staff members due to the timeframe of my application and I was informed my references were uncontactable but none had been called. Tiarna has been great and very friendly. When I collected my keys she went through everything with me and said to call if there was anything more she could help me with.
