Dave was the least ‘salesy’ real estate agent we have met and had a genuine and down to earth personality. Above all else, Dave fed us the least bullshit and actually sold us our house wearing shorts and thongs on a long weekend! Dave put up with our two little girls harassing him each time we met and he was very accommodating around our busy lives.
