With a difficult property to sell in a limited market, Jeremy's hard work over a long time period lead to a successful sale. The final sale negotiations required a lot of skill on his behalf to close the deal and I thank him for it.

You were excellent not only as agent for the the sale of 2/51 McKellar Road to me but also for the Andrea Place property. I was ill with a flu nasty over 2 months, and then busy with hospitality for friends’ graduations and their families visiting, plus a family staying till Christmas. Now it’s a matter of catching up on much needed stuff. I am not savvy with these surveys at my age....but am with this email, recommending you as an excellent agent including the follow through as well.

I bought my new little hidey hole on the hill through Jeremy last year. It was a purchase with some complicating factors and a few things didn’t go as I had planned...but throughout the whole process Jeremy and Sharon were in close communication, with solutions and options and lots of great advice. I am very thankful for their professionalism and the great support through a tricky little purchase. I can’t recommend them highly enough...and I love my new home. Thanks guys...

Jeremy was a fantastic to deal with whilst looking for our new home. As first home buyers we were a bit skeptical on finding a home we loved that was within our price range but thanks to Jeremy our dream became a reality. The whole experience was easy and professional. Jeremy supported us through the whole process from viewing to settlement. Communication was a breeze with Jeremy and Carlton promptly responding to our many questions. Jeremy and the Harcourt's team made it their mission to make us comfortable and confident with our purchase. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone selling or buying as our experience with him and his team was definately enjoyable.

We have used Jeremy as our agent in more than one occasion due to his friendly and genuine manner. We have been able to sell quickly each time. We really like the professional photos and advertising that is organised for our properties, which really highlight the positives for the buyer. Jeremy is easy to work with and is able match a suitable buyer.

David was very patient with the sale of our property as we went through a few bumps during our sale. With myself being overseas for an extended amount of time, David was very patient in relaying messages through my son to see the result of the sale of our property. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

As a result of moving interstate, we needed an agent that would keep us fully informed regularly on the progress of our home that was on the market. Jeremy would often either contact us via phone and email which made us feel that he really did care and valued how important it was to us as we were no longer local and residing in another state to trust our agent. If you need any assistance with the sale of your home, we strongly recommend Jeremy and would do so again if the need arose.
