Approachable and authentic
Our recent purchase with Harcourts was a challenge from distant Darwin, but Jeremy smoothed the process by being friendly and informative as well as reassuring. A pleasure to deal with thanks for everything!

Relentless persistance
Jeremy has been instrumental in achieving a sale of a difficult to sell block that had to be sold in less than ideal circumstances. His persistence and negotiating skills, as well as extensive local RE knowledge and experience were the key to a good outcome. I will continue to use Jeremy and would highly recommend him.

Above and beyond
Neil and Yvonne were fantastic in helping us secure our home in Launceston. They ensured that our offer was presented in the best light possible which enabled us to out compete the 3 other offers that were on the table and secure a gorgeous property which we are both extremely happy with. They even went above and beyond in offering us assistance with alternative accommodation until the property was available. We have enjoyed working with them. Kristy & Costa

Pateince and Persistence
Thanks Jeremy for you persistence and patience in selling my unusual property. You kept me informed over a protracted period of time while the property was on the market and for the lengthy time under contract which was appreciated. Thank you.

Perfect Agent
Through my/our search for the most suitable investment property, I/we got to know Jeremy really well. Here is a summary of my/our overall experiences: 1) Jeremy is a professional, who knows his job/tasks very well. For this reason he was always capable to provide me/us with the required information and insights. 2) Also his friendly approach, understanding and personality suited to me/us 100%. As a result of that all related property negotiations + purchase went through like a dream. 3) Jeremy, thank you for all your effort and help. Well done! Cheers and best Christmas & New Year wishes from Otto & Sveta (new landlords)
