Over the years we have had many real estate experiences. We are so glad we found Neil. We have never had an agent go above and beyond any expectations like Neil. He rates # 1 in our eyes. Congratulations Neil.

David was very willing to work at any time to help us negotiate a deal as we had a very limited amount of time. He kept us well informed of the progress.

We will be recommending Neil to our family and friends if they are ever in need of a good, reliable and friendly real estate agent. He did actually follow up on all our concerns & questions that we asked of him, which is very pleasing, and gave us confidence in your company.

Jeremy had a good understanding of the market in our area, set a realistic price, and got a good offer within two weeks. Can't expect much more than that.

This wasn't a straight forward sale in the end, however it was made a lot easier with the help of Jeremy's communication with all parties involved. Best real estate experience I have been involved with. Thank you
