Jeremy provided us very insightful advice regarding the current property market, how to market and price our property. Jeremy generated several interested buyers resulting in the property being sold within 3 days at a higher price than we expected. Jeremy and his assistant Sharon keep us constantly informed during each step of the process and were always available when we attempted to contact them. We strongly recommend Jeremy to others.

This is the second time i have used Neil. I never considered looking at other options as i knew that he was the best option. Basically a top bloke even with a quirky sense of humour. Made the process less stressful and easy. Would give 10 star's if i could.

From the initial enquiries and all the questions and advice sought was promptly attended to. He did everything to make the sale go smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone buying or selling their property as a matter of fact I have already spoken to him about a an investment property.

Jez was flexible, approachable and I like his more relaxed style. He understood my needs (and I was quite demanding)!! He was also mostly quite easy to get hold of. Sharon was great too. :-)

We listed our home for sale in December with Neil Hawkins, this time of year can be difficult to achieve results due to the Christmas and New Year period. Despite this, Neil approached the sale with a positive attitude and had a "can do" approach. He was proactive and motivated throughout the sale of our home. He kept us well informed with regular meetings and updates. We found him to be highly professional and approachable. We would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking to sell their property in the future.

We moved to Launceston a year ago and have purchased four homes in that time,.My wife and I have been in sales all our lives and during these purchases dealt with agents that just should not be in the game. But Jeremy soon qualified us and understood where we were coming from, he was fair to both parties and everyone came out a winner. We will use Jeremy again in the future as in our minds he is the best we have ever done business with. Mark & Sue tabor
