I would highly recommend the team at Harcourts for the dedication and professional aspect to the selling of the above mentioned property. When Leeann and myself first viewed the property at Casino Rise we were greeted my Neil's wife Yvonne at the front door, we had a bit of a joke and a laugh that set a good vibe right from the start. We asked a lot of questions about the house and the area, and the answers we got put are minds at rest. David made what could have been a stressful situation- the sale of my late mother`s unit- into an easy, trouble-free experience. His knowledge of the property market was outstanding , as were his negotiating skills, resulting in a price which was more than we expected. His understanding of Probate laws meant that the property was dealt with in a very timely fashion and that we didn`t have a lengthy wait to finalise the sale.
