This was a hard property to sell - it had already been on the market for some time and needed some work done on it. He had to show quite a large number of people through and it took some months to sell. However we got a fair price and Neil negotiated well. During the whole process he communicated frequently letting me know what was happening. I generally have a fairly poor view of most real estate agents, however Neil has definitely caused me to question that blanket view! Good work mate!

We approached Open Agent was were given Jeremy's contact information along with two others. Jeremy was the last agent we spoke to. All three agents provided much of the same information and price range with prices for advertising and marketing being much the same. Where Jeremy differed was in his enthusiasm, his approach, his demeanor and the attitude that he could sell our house quite quickly. We were more comfortable with his 'can-do' approach than by the staid and cautious approach of his competitors. And it paid off. We received an offer virtually the first day the house was on the market. The next four weeks saw four other offers come in with an acceptance of an offer more suited to our circumstances. This was an amazing result as the average time wait in that suburb was around five months. We attribute this to Jeremy's team and their tenacity. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed with Jeremy's all round performance, he was also always available to show me back through the property as you do not always take in everything even after a couple of viewings, example placement of furniture, power points etc. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend.
