To whom it may concern, I would not hesitate to recommend Harcourts, Launceston, Jeremy Wilkinson & his assistant Sharon Fenton to buy from again, or sell my property when the time comes. The Harcourts Launceston staff are professional, knowledgeable & interacted brilliantly from the first interaction, through to the finalisation of the purchase of my investment property. They are by far the best experience I have had in buying a property. Sharon & Jeremy always kept me updated with regular follow up phone calls & prompt replies to my emails, advising of the progress of buying my property. Some agents will tell you, that they will give you updates regularly, but from my experience they don’t. The Harcourts team definitely stay in contact regularly throughout the whole buying process. Sharon & Jeremy are both very knowledgeable of the current real estate market, do not pressure you & provide good advice. They achieved an excellent result for me in the purchase of the property, in a very reasonable time frame. They also provided me with good local knowledge as well as good advice on conveyancers, building inpectors etc... I am now using the Harcourts Launceston as my leasing agents & the rental team have been a professional, great experience too. They found a tenant for me in less than a week, with regular open days, along with private appointments. I will definitely be having Harcourts Launceston sell the property, when that time comes & I will also look to buy another one from them also, if something of interest comes up for sale again. Jeremy was on holiday over the time we purchased the house but his assistant Sharon was fantastic. She kept us informed about the sale process in a timely manner even when we went overseas after signing the contract. We didn't really deal with Jeremy but a good manager is only ever as good as their staff and if Sharon is anything to go by, Jeremy must be ok too!

David's presentation to me of what he believed I could obtain for my property was excellent, He showed he had done his homework on the Elphinwood area and his guidance when selling my property and purchasing my new property was terrific.
