Dealing with Jacob was seamless. I made contact from interstate and had discussions about the type of property I was looking for. He assisted by giving me the options that best suited and then made it all so easy sending video links and then made it all easy for me to fly down and inspect properties on the one day. I loved that he is not pushy and simply wants to match the right people with the right property. I would definitely recommend Jacob for buying or selling.
