David was great from start to finish. We first contacted on a weekend in the afternoon when he was no doubt spending time with his family. David's response was fast, professional and great foreshadowing of the experience throughout. Having put offers on property unsuccessfully in the Launceston area multiple times in the last 12 months I can attest that the experience and responsiveness of David was top tier.

The advice received from Neil Hawkins for the sale of my property was exceptional. His engaging nature and care for my interests was outstanding. I can't recommend Neil highly enough for anyone wishing to sell their property. Excellent result and a truly superb job in managing the entire process of my sale.

We have had David sell 4 properties for us and at all times he has been courteous, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. He is also punctual and diligent in his dealing with us. I have recommended David to others and they have found the same qualities. But best of all, David has got results, our property sales exceeded our expectations, and his wise counseling has gained us higher prices.
