Neil and Yvonne were great to work with. Professional, proactive and easy to communicate with they got us what we needed in quick time. Selling a property in Victoria at the same time gave us a chance to compare agents and Neil and Yvonne blew away the competition in all aspects….service, responsiveness and delivery. Top notch!

We were very happy with Jeremy's advice and service. The sale process was very efficient with a sale after just a few days from listing. Jeremy has a great knowledge of the market and is skilled at negotiation with buyers, both of which are essential in achieving a good result for the vendor.

The communication between us and David was very good which helped the process of purchasing the property go fast and easy.
David Hernyk
We have sought David’s expert experience in real estate with multiple transactions over the past few years throughout our family. Within the last few months David has sold an investment property and a cherished family home, whilst helping through the process of seeking a home to downsize. David has ensured our navigation through this process and time frames of the transactions were all seamless. His communication and enthusiasm has been impressive and his shared excitement on all of our families transactions have meant the world to us. Selling and buying homes, especially family homes full of treasured memories can be tough…. But it doesn’t have to be if you have an agent caring and looking after you all like David Hernyk. We appreciate you David and your team for what has always been outstanding work. ~ Powell / Martin Family

From our first meeting we were impressed with Neil's professionalism. The marketing process was thorough and he continually kept us up to date with developments and negotiations to the sale. Further, he achieved a price higher than expected. You cannot get better than that. Many thanks to Neil and his team.

Jeremy is very approachable with all our questions. He had guided us with a friendly approach instead of salesman. We were pleased the way he handled the transaction. Will again deal with him for future dealings if required.

An extremely pleasant and professional approach at all times by Jeremy. Price reached and sold in a week, what more can a vendor ask.

Really appreciated David's service in helping purchase the property. He was friendly, accommodating, attentive & easy to deal. He really went the extra mile to meet with the owners to present the offer and he is just as helpful with the after purchase service, nothing is too much trouble. The lovely hamper they sent me was such a nice touch as well, much appreciated.
