Top service
Neil was really good, he worked around my crazy work schedule calling late at night if needed. Informed me daily of what was happening with my property. Then we had an open home and it was sold on the day of the open home with multiple offers. Thanks Neil for all your work

Exceptional Communication
Living locally and being part of the community, Jeremy is an expert in the current property market and local knowledge. We both bought and then consequently sold through Jeremy, being impressed by our initial encounter. Jeremy's communication is exceptional. We never had a call go unanswered, always recieved immediate updates following inspections and enquiries and never felt a nuisance. Our sale was not straight forward but Jeremy managed all our challenges with ease and professionalism.

Jeremy & his staff were amazing.
What more can I say. Jeremy and his staff were absolutely amazing. Right from the get go we were always kept up to date with everything. Every step of the way he was there. We ended up getting close to $100,000 more than asking price. We could not have asked for anything more from him. Even though we were in another state we had nothing to worry about as we new Jeremy would look after everything. We would highly recommend him to anybody wanting to sell their property.

Easy to work with
Dave and his team have bene great. We are interstate buyers stuck in lockdown and Dave's team support our numerous questions, and video walk through with ease. A very comfortable agent to talk to as well as Jeremy from Harcourts too. These guys gave us their time to talk through a location were unable to visit in person. We look forward to being able to move into our home in the near future when covid allows! Also looking forward to meeting the team to say thanks in person

Easy going but still professional
We weren't ready for the home to go on the market, so Neil remained patient until we gave him the green light. That time Neil used to put everything in place and things happened quickly and were very well organised when things did happen. Neil and Yvonne had everything planned to the last detail, open homes and advertising so things went smoothly, even after the sale.
