Jeremy was great to deal with throughout the entire process. He knew his stuff, was a good communicator and addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. He assisted us through the process of making an offer, and was patient while we fired questions at him. Based on our experience, I would feel comfortable recomending Jeremy as a reliable agent. Thanks Jeremy!

David’s knowledge, experience and professionalism assisted me throughout the sale process. His communication between myself and potential buyers was exactly what people like to see.

I have dealt with MANY real estate agents in my time; David Hernyk would be in the top 1% of real estate agents I have interacted with. He was efficient in communicating with me, both in signing the contract and in negotiating the sale with the vendor; in fact, most communication I had with him occurred after hours. More importantly, David was honest on the vendor needs: having dealt with other Launceston real estate agents who have been dishonest on advertised sale prices, David was honest from the outset on the price the vendor wanted. I would buy or sell a property with David anytime.

Jeremy was incredibly professional and easy to deal with. He is candid and approachable, with expert knowledge of the Launceston market.

Jeremy is fantastic. If there we more stars I would give him those too! His market knowledge is unparalleled and his professionalism second to none. Add to that his personable nature and integrity and you can't lose.

Jeremy was very understanding as to how big a decision is to buy a house - especially as a single parent, he worked with me to find the house that met the needs of myself and my family. He was professional and thorough at all times.

Yvonne and Neil are certainly a dynamic duo. They both communicated clearly and regularly ensuring that I was always kept up to date and they had the house under contract within days. Thank you both for achieving an excellent outcome.

In a market that has houses a literally selling themselves (2021) Jeremy caught out attention by way of his rather cheerful home video walk-throughs posted on YouTube. He presents both the home's current benefits and it's potential to the future owner on high resolution video that we found to be pretty cool and a bit of a laugh to boot. As we were buying from interstate, it was a pleasant reprieve from the usual scrolling of RealEstate.com.au. Most of the sale and following settlement was handled by his righthand man Conall Cassidy who provided plenty of support and feedback during the whole process. So well done guys.

Great effort on what we thought an unlikely outcome so Jeremy did a great job - very professional.
