David was very knowledgeable about the property market. Was very keen to help us as buyers to secure the property felt like he was more than willing to help both sides of the transaction to get a great result for all parties. Made sure to keep us well informed over what turned into a longer process but through no fault of David's. Would highly recommend David as an agent if you are looking to sell or buy.

Although David took over the sale of this house after our initial enquiry and viewing, he was quick to phone and introduce himself and to follow up on the offer we had made. Up to this point, we have been very happy with his service. He has been able to answer any question we have asked him and point us in the right direction.
