Neil was excellent, extremely trustworthy, reliable and organised. Then when Yvonne got involved their service even elevated to another level. So professional both of you. You achieved a fast, effective and seamless sale for us, Thankyou for going above and beyond.

Jeremy showed dedication and perseverance to secure the sale, closing the deal at the end of a very busy day for him, much appreciated.

I had about 6 agents through my place when I was getting ready to sell. Some offering over the top values on my property, and others were far lower than property expectation. Jeremy's assessment and valuation was pretty much spot on. He communicates well, is easy to approach, and presents well.

Great to have Jeremy handling the sale. Inspired my confidence from the outset and was able to leave the sale completely to him - found a buyer in six days! No stress, would recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

I was impressed by Jeremy's local knowledge of the market and his willingness to assist in any way possible to make the property stand out from the crowd. He was willing to work with me and was happy to accommodate those clients who were not able to attend open homes. I believe it was his confident approach together with the excellent back up from his team that made selling the house a more relaxed event than selling your house normally is. Thank you for helping me downsize with style.

We could not have picked a better agent to sell our home, we are so glad we chose David. His help, advice and support was excellent and very thorough. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him and Harcourts.

Jeremy knows what is happening with the market. Achieved a higher than expected price from several offers. Jeremy communicated with the tenants causing them the least disruption possible which was appreciated by all.
