Great agent

Highly professional
Kelly proved to be a thoroughly professional and hard working agent. Nothing was too much effort with her always followed up promptly and investing her time to ensure both the seller and purchaser where getting what they needed. Without Kelly this sale would never have gone through. She was able to skilfully manage and guide a particularly difficult client and ensure that the sale kept moving forward despite the parties involved. Kelly added significant value over and above what might be expected, for example compiling a comprehensive list of neighbours with contact numbers, introducing key business contacts including accountants, lawyers etc. Invaluable when you are not from the area. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for an agent that will work hard with their best interests in mind. I would not hesitate to use Kelly myself should the need arise.
