I would not hesitate in recommending Barry to any of my friends or family who are selling or buying property. Barry was most helpful in the manner in which he listed my property for sale, and he the proceeded to diligently follow through all aspects of presentation of the property to a success sale outcome. This was initiated as a result of the Internet exposure that resulted in a buyer from New Zealand. His Attention to detail was exemplary. Kenneth Hogg

Kellie was very approachable and went out of her way to help us and the vendor through multiple inspections and negotiating the sale. Thrilled we got to work with her while purchasing our first home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When I became interested in this property I noted three agents were handling it. I decided on Landmark Harcourts because I was aware of Harcourts' activities elsewhere and I had always heard positive comments. So went on to their website and selected Kellie, contacted her and wow I was immediately taken by the genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about the property and the surrounding district she had acquired. We set up an appointment right then and there. I came from Melbourne to meet Kellie and to view the property a few days later. Kellie is such an excellent ambassador, not only for the real estate agent she proudly represents, but more importantly, from my point of view, the local area and the culture and nothing was too much trouble. She alone sealed the deal for my huge move from inner city Melbourne to South Gippsland. I made an offer that day and after some excellent negotiation on Kellie's part it was accepted and a month later I am now ensconced in my beautiful country home thanks sincerely to Kellie Thomas. I am thrilled and wish to highly recommend her and Landmark Harcourts to any prospective buyer, in particular anyone who is contemplating moving from Melbourne to South Gippsland. Well done Kellie your energy, enthusiasm, spontaneity and real country kindness is infectious and a wonderful experience. Congratulations and sincerest thanks for everything and especially how you went out of your way to help me. Chele Matthews
