We met Kirst at an open home she was showing and decided pretty quickly that we wanted her to sell our place. Her work ethic and communication were second to none. We could be talking to Tina at five in the morning and Kirst again at seven or eight at night. They were always available, kept us updated and made us feel like our sale was their only priority. Kirst filtered through the interested parties and got the serious buyers through quickly, kept everything well organised and made the whole process straightforward. We never had to chase anyone for updates, and we honestly do not have a single complaint about how the sale was handled. Since selling our farm, we have been to plenty of open homes while looking for our next property. That has only highlighted how lucky we were to find Kirst when we did. The difference in communication, organisation and professionalism has been remarkable. They are a seriously hard-working team who did exactly what they said they would do. My Experience Buying My second home faced Many challenges and was a big learning curve for not only myself but also my wife. Eve was very professional, articulate, Understanding and Responsive through our whole process buying our second home. We felt through the whole process that Eve was on our side! Any challenges we did face Eve was always there to provide us with sound Advice… I would recommended highly Eve as she is a hard and honest working individual and is always straight down the line. My relationship with Harcourts Macktown goes back a number of years when I initially was going to list my property. I received lots of support but no pressure to sell. When it came time to sell recently I didn’t hesitate to list with Harcourts. From start to finish I received excellent support. I would highly recommend Kirstina for her dedication and caring support. The photography of the property was amazing along with all advertising.
