We were very happy with the service provided, there were no issues just good service from Day 1. The first visit outlined what was needed to bring the house up to saleable standard and the names of high standard contractors thet could do the job. another inspection followed after the contractors had done their work. Within days we had an offer, which did not get past first base, followed by another offer which led to the Sale, all in a matter of 2 weeks. Highly recomended

I tentatively made enquiries into the possible sale of an investment unit I owned. I leant more towards not selling however after initial discussions with Lisa detailing possible sale price points and desired sales strategy, I signed a contract. The sales and marketing strategy was seemless and achieved every outcome described by Lisa. I received timely advise detailing micro aspects of the marketing results which increased my confidence in the sales/marketing strategy outlined by Lisa at the start. Her team when communicating with me was clear and uncomplicated. This too gave me greater confidence they all knew their roles. Lisa achieved a greater sale price than I thought in less than a month from an interstate buyer. This proved to me what she said she could deliver, she backed it by action. Lisa's sales & marketing knowledge, communication and professionalism was of the highest standard I've experienced.
