Right from the start John had a plan on the best way to present the house for the market he has good knowledge of the area & the buyers. He realised the time limit & was prepared to "go all out" & did not suggest delay with small repairs but was prepared to hop in with helpers & move furniture in order to photograph & prepare the inside of the house to the best advantage. I was in tune with John & his enthusiasm & he particularly made sense by suggesting to advertise "expressions of interest " rather than go to auction..all in all a top result in a very short time..offers came in fast & furious on 1st open!!

John's strategy was spot on. He knew the market very well, suggested a realistic price range, and the sell price exceeded my expectations. I am so glad that we chose Ann to sell our house! We had been previously referred to a young hot shot, who did not appeal at all. Ann was friendly, understanding and efficient; I think she has seen it all, during her career. Her local knowledge was appreciated.
