Professional and excellent service throughout the entire sale process
Daryl and Stephen provided excellent pre-sale advice, and we really appreciated the way we were kept informed every step of the way. We were able to achieve a sale, under difficult circumstances, with the Covid-19 restrictions (no open inspections) coming into play after the first open. We found both Daryl and Steven to have excellent local sales knowledge, and felt confident at all times they were working to achieve the best result possible for us.

Smooth & quick sale
Reasonable sale price in a tricky market. Gave honest advice about value of property & valid reasons from buyers about its downside ( on main road!). Contractual arrangements smooth & hassle free. Helpful in getting all the signatures done.
