Michael has excellent knowledge of the Falcon area and the prevailing real estate market. There was a lot of interest in our property with a large number of groups in attendance at the only home open. A quick sale is a good sale although we still have some reservations about the “offers from” concept. The sale price achieved was at the lower end of our expectations when compared with other recent sales in the area. Michael kept us well informed throughout the sale process, was always polite and courteous and had our interests and that of potential buyers in mind at all times. Settlement was completed on time without any hitches.
