When you do not but a house too often you need someone who helps with all the things that need doing. Rachael was excellent in the contract negations , advised us on what we needed to do post contract and gave us contact names and referrals for the things that needed to be done. More importantly these were given to us within few hours of the contract being signed and she had arranged the inspections etc within a few days of the contract being signed. It was just a pleasure of dealing with someone who was so efficient. Thank you
