You cannot get a better service anywhere than with Alison. We tied her hands by pushing for an investor so our tenants could keep their home. Alison could have sold this property to an owner occupier on many occasions without the tenants but kept trying for investors even when the property was removed from the market. You could not put your property in better hands ever.

I would say Clare’s greatest gift is her wonderful personality and communication skills. I set her a big challenge to take over the care of my house and tenants, clean and fix up the property and liaise with tenants, whilst I was living in Queensland . I am so grateful that Clare and her team made this experience so positive for all involved. The dual living property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by the weekend to a lovely young couple. Rachael went out of her area to help us sell our home. After trying to use a number of different estate agents to sell our rural blocks we were feeling very disheartened by their lack of effort. John was a breath of fresh air. He was excited and motivated to help us make the sale happen. He used our marketing budget to its best advantage. He didn’t just rely on the internet, he did signage and local advertising that demonstrated the lifestyle buyers could expect. The first sale happened within a month and john fully supported us with all documentation. No question was not answered thoroughly and clearly. The second sale happened when we were abroad. It still went through flawlessly with no stress over document signage or negotiations despite the time and distance challenges. I can’t recommend John highly enough. He was professional, helpful motivated and successful. What more can you ask for!!
