Nichole said she would do everything she could to ensure that my property was sold quickly, and she did. She inspected the property, which was tenanted at the time, and provided me with an estimate of the potential sale price. She explained that it was difficult to assess the property accurately due to the amount of furniture stored there. During the sale process, she kept me fully informed by email and even phoned me at home in Scotland to discuss the progress. She followed up on every lead and eventually found a buyer, also selling their property on their behalf. Nicole has an excellent knowledge of the area and the rules governing the strata management of the complex. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone thinking of selling a property in Mandurah.
