This was the first home open we had been to and were unsure of procedures From the moment we walked into the home Liz made us feel relaxed she answered all our questions, we contacted her the following day to arranged another viewing there were a couple things we needed checking Liz was straight on to it getting us the answers then when we put in offer she went over it all kept us informed and worked in with the agent selling our house would highly recommend Liz and Harcourts

We met brad at a home open that was a little chaotic due to buyer numbers. Brad was very busy but still had time to discuss the property in an open stress free manner. We made an offer that was accepted and moved to settlement. Harcourts offered a great free service by assist with service provider changes. We were the buyers so hard to comment otherwise. Only thing we found was the contract stated a possible earlier settlement however when that idea was approached the seller would not negotiate so a little strange why that clause was there initially...... Brad was very responsive to queries and prompt in returning calls or emails. Nice service from that perspective and always respectfully. Thanks brad

Our experience has not been a good one.no one returns calls,information has been hard ro get and not available without untimely delay.Knowledge of history of the property was withheld only available through our own due diligence. In the offer process t was made clear not to bother my wife as she was busy by email and this was ignored and i was effectively left out of the process even though Im the controbuting party of the major finance for investment.I have not heard or had any contact with the sales person since viewing the apartment, I can only hope for the property to settle soon as dealing with Harcourts has not been a pleasurable experience.
