Nicole was our agent for the sale of an elderly friend's property. She was required to pass information electronically and via email to me and to have face to face meetings with both our friend and my father, who was assisting the friend. The friend was unwell at times and Nicole received and made many phone calls and visits to reassure and support her. She contacted and organised tradesmen to visit the house, arranged the settlement agent and collected mail. In all instances Nicole's manner was the ultimate in both professionalism and support. She was always cheerful and friendly, and willing to help at any time. Her knowledge of the area and current price trends was excellent and so well tuned that the home was sold in record time. We cannot say how much we appreciated Nicole's unfailing support. We were extremely fortunate to meet Nicole and engage her as our agent.
