We bought a property that Clare was the agent for. Clare (and her team) were excellent to deal with from the very start. Our multiple viewings were quickly set-up and well facilitated. We found Clare had good knowledge of the market and property, but wasn't pushy or giving us the hard-sell; she gave us the time and space to make up our own minds, which we appreciated. Clare negotiated well on our behalf and got us a good price. The negotiation process was well manged and quick. We were kept well informed and Clare went out of her way to bring the process to completion. Once under contract we found both Clare and her support team excellent. Communication was prompt and accurate, inspections were arranged for us very efficiently and information flowed smoothly and efficiently to us and our settlement agent. In addition Clare's assistant, Gypsie, was very helpful in recommending contractors. Upon settlement we received a really warm and much appreciated welcome to our new home, with several follow up emails that gave a special touch to the whole process. Overall: Clare and team provide a warm, efficient and friendly service.
