I would recommend the Ben Hatch team. Other than meeting Ben initially, I have to say that you are more likely to deal with the entire team equally. I had more contact with Zoe and Sandy during the main selling period, who are part of his team. At the end of the day, they sold my house in a reasonable length of time and were clear about what figures I was likely to achieve. This is in a very poor selling market . I hate salesman and cant stand the tactics of some, that try to bullshit me just to get the deal. Now ben was straight to the point from the start his appraisal wasn't the highest price but it was realistic. Ben was helpful with giving us ideas to make the chances of the selling better with painting, ect As much as I hated the negative feedback from home opens he kept us up to date with what people were saying about our house. Ben has convinced me that there is actually some good salesman out there that can do the job without having to blow smoke up my arse. for this reason I will defiantly be calling on ben again when we want to sell our next property.
