To start with I was quite impressed, but once I'd signed on as a seller things started to slip. As I was downsizing, I was assured that I would be contacted with properties from their listings to downsize into. This was not to be. I would find properties myself online, only to find that when I asked, these properties had already been sold. Properties that were shared did not fit the brief at all. Once some offers had come in, I felt that the buyers interests were given preference over mine. My place was relatively unique in the market, and I don't feel that was managed as well as it could have been. Contract documentation was written up in a way that was confusing to other other parties involved in settlement, and clarifications were required. At the end of the day, the place sold, so I guess that's good enough. I wanted more, but I got enough.
