From the first meeting to settlement of the property, Clare was professional, courteous, organised and knowledgeable. All communications were promptly responded to. Clare's experience in the Mandurah market is obvious, and she has an organised team who support her dealings with her clients. Clare sold another property for us a couple of years ago. Nicole sold our son’s house and came highly recommended and we couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Representative. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Nicole is very knowledgeable. Every question or query we had was answered straight away. Anything she was unsure of she found out for us and promptly replied the same day. Nicole even helped us secure a rental leading up to putting the house on the market. Which was a huge relief to us. She sold the house the same day as the home open, well over what we expected. The after sales care and attention has also been excellent. Nicole is only too happy to help with any of the paperwork relating to settlement, which makes things less stressful. All communication has been very clear and respectful and she is a pleasure to deal with. Nicole is an exceptional sales representative and we would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone.

Dani has the perfect balance of friendly and professional. We chose to sell through Dani after looking at her reviews online and seeing that she had sold properties recently in our local market, she truly exceeds her positive reviews. Dani has up to date, local knowledge in a quickly changing market. She was able to appraise our house essentially on the spot, giving us a sales estimate higher than the other agents we had gained appraisals off, and we were extremely happy to sell slightly above Dani's estimate - in under a week. Every point along the way Dani had open and honest communication with us, any concerns were addressed immediately in a manner that only someone with great experience and knowledge would be able. Dani also assisted us with the purchasing of our new property, though she was not officially involved in the purchasing of this property is was always happy to answer questions and provide knowledgeable advice and guidance when we required.
