This approach was shown to be correct and I was able to sit down with him after little over one week on the market and consider a number of offers on the property on their respective merits, all of which exceeded my initial expectations.
Having accepted the best offer Paul successfully negotiated with the purchaser to finalise the contract, subject to finance, and then kept me fully informed of progress in that finance being approved. He also obtained the agreement of the purchaser to an extended settlement to suit my particular circumstances. Again. to suit my needs, Paul obtained agreement from the Investor/purchaser for me to lease the property back until the home I am purchasing in a village is available for my occupation.
