I found Nicole to be highly motivated, very positive & just got on with the job of selling my home. She is also very calm, which is a positive for all that are selling or buying. I signed the contract to sell Tuesday, photo's, were organised for Thursday, it was up on the net & advertised for Saturday home open. It was sold by Tuesday of the next week. Nicole is so good at her role of Estate Agent ... I would highly recommend her to everyone buying/ selling their home. Thanks Nicole you are one in a million.
