Alison and the members of Team Hobbs - Christine and Liz - are very much in sync. We wanted to sell and buy in what is now a very intense Western Australian sales market in Feb 2024. As such we were concerned we would sell our house and then have nowhere to live as things were moving so fast. Alison gave us some ideas about how to deal with this which was reassuring. The focus was on preparing for sale (preparing house and then photos) and only pushing the "For Sale" button, going "live" when we were ready physically and mentally. The gods and Team Hobbs were in alignment as we saw a house we were interested in. We pushed the For Sale button and both viewed the other house and Opened our house on the same day! Phew! Fast forward 1 DAY and we received multiple offers for our house and placed an offer on the other house. Alison is completely confident in her team, allowing her not to be present for every step knowing full well that Christine and Liz are taking care of business. This made it easier on us not having to worry about an agent who was so busy they were difficult to contact or slow to complete. Great work Team Hobbs!
